Problems vs No Problems...?

Is "NO PROBLEM" really means no problem at all? Or does it mean people are just sick and tired of problems that they just ignore and become immune to the problems? Don't you think we should be grateful of having PROBLEMS? Why not? Problems are sign of life. If we don't have problems that means we are dead...!!!

So..if someone says NO PROBLEM, that means here comes PROBLEMS!!! Hehehe...how ironic!
